Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Implementor and Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of ERPNext within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, excellent technical skills, and a proven track record of successful ERP implementations.




Key Responsibilities:


  1. Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  2. Configure and customize ERPNext modules to align with business needs.
  3. Develop and execute detailed implementation plans.
  4. Migrate data from legacy systems to ERPNext, ensuring data integrity.
  5. Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
  6. Perform system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  7. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  8. Integrate ERPNext with other systems and applications.
  9. Collaborate with the IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for system and process improvements.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in implementing ERPNext or similar ERP systems.
  3. Strong understanding of business processes across various functions such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources.
  4. Proficiency in ERPNext configuration, customization, and scripting.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  8. Experience with data migration and integration.
  9. Project management experience is a plus.
